Project status is explicit
Ongoing work is presented as such: we describe the problem and the intervention without presenting objectives as results already achieved.
Results are verified
Publishing measured results requires a comparison of the same process and the client’s approval. Estimates are never presented as results.
The origin is always visible
We state where the work originated and who handles it today, distinguishing deexma’s activity from that of Deexma Labs.
Context comes first
We describe what can be shared: the problem, the intervention and the status of the work. Technical details, timeframe and results are added when available and publishable.

How the first case study will be structured
When a Deexma Labs project has measured results, we will always present it in the same order, under four headings:
- The problem the process as it was before: time, manual steps and errors.
- The intervention what we built and within which systems, without rewriting what already worked.
- The before-and-after metric figures measured on the same process and approved by the client.
- The timeframe from the start of the audit to the system going into production.
This structure applies to case studies with measured results. Ongoing projects remain identified as such.
