What we doWe map processes, data and systems: we talk to the people who work with the process every day, look at where the data sits and how it moves, and identify which systems talk to one another and which do not. We determine where AI pays off and where it does not — and say so even when doing nothing is the better choice.
What you receiveThe tailored roadmap: candidate processes, the recommended order and the first practical step. The first draft arrives within 24 hours of kickoff; the complete version closes the week — with the honest verdict, including when it is “do nothing”.

When we stopAfter the audit, the decision is yours. If the roadmap does not identify a process worth piloting, we stop here: you keep the map, and it has cost you one week rather than a project.
Pilot
4–6 weeks
What we doOne process only, selected from the roadmap, real and measured. Before changing anything, we measure how it works today — time, errors, costs: the success criteria are written down together at kickoff, before we see the results.
What you receiveA working pilot on the selected process, measured against the kickoff criteria, with before-and-after figures. And a written recommendation: scale, correct or stop.
When we stopIf the pilot does not meet the criteria written down at kickoff, we stop. No extension to recover the investment: the work remains yours and the figures explain why.
Production
ongoing
What we doThe pilot becomes a system: integration into your systems, continuous monitoring, human control where errors are costly. Governance and explainability are not options: they are how we work.
What you receiveThe system in operation with its governance: continuous quality measures, human checkpoints, documentation. And the ability to roll back: the AI we sell is the AI you know how to switch off.
When we stopYou can change your mind in production, too: code, prompts and configurations are yours, on open standards. Taking everything in-house or to another supplier always remains possible.

What remains yours
At every step, and whenever we stop: code, prompts, configurations and documentation are yours, on open standards. If tomorrow you want to take everything in-house or to another supplier, you can. Lock-in is a business model, not ours.
