What founder-led means
No account managers and no hand-offs: the first call is answered by whoever signs off the architecture and answers for the code. Technical and commercial decisions are made by those who carry them out — and if something breaks, you know whom to call.

From deus ex machina to Deexma Labs
In the ancient Greek theatre, the deus ex machina was the stage machine that lowered an external, unexpected and seemingly impossible solution into the scene — one capable of resolving a very complex problem with simplicity. Twenty-five centuries later the machine has changed — today it is software, AI — but the principle is the same.
deexma is a contraction of deus ex machina. The company added “labs”: the same method as ever — test, measure, put into production. Today, the machine enters the processes, and is recognised by the numbers, not the smoke.
THE COMPANY
The company, since 2026
Deexma Labs s.r.l. was founded in 2026: it gathers the experience of the deexma project and puts it inside a structure built to grow — in projects, in people, in responsibility. The company’s first clients are Atradius — trade credit insurance — and Deda.next, an Italian IT group active in the public sector and utilities.
