AI integrations
AI, inside your systems.
We connect models and agents to your existing ERP, CRM and portals. Your data stays where it is. Value is measured in everyday work.
WHO IT IS FOR
If data is entered into your systems by hand
For companies that already have their own tools — a management system, a CRM, a customer portal — and spend hours entering information into them. You do not need an IT department or new software: you need a repetitive process currently handled by a person reading emails, PDFs and forms one by one.
TYPICAL PROBLEMS
The work it takes away, in full
Orders entered by hand
Orders and requests arrive by email and are copied into the management system. The integration reads them as they arrive and proposes a structured row — customer, items, quantities, deadlines — ready for confirmation. The operator checks rather than retypes.
Documents recorded one by one
Invoices, overdue notices and PDF documents reach the accounts through repeated copying. The integration extracts the fields needed — number, date, amount, due date — leaving only the check to the operator.
The same information entered twice
Customer records and statuses are aligned by hand between the CRM and management system, with the errors that follow. The integration keeps the systems synchronised with the source system, field by field.
Every request read and forwarded by hand
Incoming emails have to be understood and routed to the right team. The integration classifies them by content and delivers them; when it is unsure, it asks a person instead of guessing.
HOW IT INTEGRATES
It connects rather than replaces
The integration talks to your systems through APIs and connectors: the management system remains the management system, the CRM remains the CRM. The language model sits in between, where a person currently reads and retypes. The data does not move: it stays in your systems, or with providers chosen together and disclosed in advance — our default is EU data residency, with DPAs included, and your data is never used to train models.
Where the data goesTransparency note
In practical terms: before we begin, we state in writing which providers are involved (model, hosting, storage), where the data is held and under which contractual safeguards. If a provider is not acceptable to you, we choose another — or the project does not proceed. The list goes into the agreement, not a slide.§
Where errors are costly, control remains human: the system proposes, a person decides.
THE PROOF
Don't take our word for it. Try it.
The extraction from email to structured data — problem 1 on this page — is the demo on the home page: paste an order email or use a preloaded example and view the complete output, including the draft action. It is the same kind of pipeline we take into production.
What you are looking atDeexma Labs project
The demo currently runs in preloaded-example mode: this is the declared fallback state, not a recording. The outputs you see use the actual format produced by the production pipeline — structured data plus a draft action.§
HONESTY
What we do not promise
Complete accuracy
The model will make mistakes, and we plan for them: human checkpoints where errors are costly, continuous quality measures and the ability to roll back.
A new management system
We integrate what you have. If the system is missing or cannot support the work, that is a development task — a different service, with a different estimate.
Results without data
If the information is not in your documents, AI does not invent it. Extraction quality is measured on your real cases during the pilot — not on our examples.
Fixed timings before the audit
We map first, then estimate. No flat-fee quotes for unmapped processes.
Which process takes up your time?
The audit takes one week and produces a practical roadmap: candidate processes, recommended order, first step. From there, the decision is yours.
